A few things I've learned along the way
{1} Know your target audience. {2} More times than not, less is more. Removing something from a page may be as effective as adding another element. {3} The more information you have in your head about subjects other than design, the more effective you will be as a designer. {4} And most importantly, remember that with design comes responsibility!

Throughout my 15 years of design experience, I have worked on both traditional and new media projects including business-to-business collateral, identity, editorial and web. I have managed projects from concept through completion, directed photo shoots and press checks, conducted client presentations, and worked within team environments as well as independently. I have also had the pleasure of teaching computer graphics and technology as adjunct faculty at the Memphis College of Art.
